Grow With Hustle
Level 1:
Hustle Hero Mentor (Peer Mentor)
Perfect for: Alumni who want a light, high-heart way to give back.
You’ll do: Encouragement/motivation, accountability check-ins, and guided practice-question debriefs (using PT Hustle prompts), teach-back sessions.
Impact you’ll make: Help a peer stay on track and finish strong.
Time: 1–2 hrs/week, up to 40 min sessions
Compensation: Volunteer (giveback role)
Prereqs: PT Hustle alum in good standing; agree to Mentor Guide & guardrails
Level 2:
Tutor (Paid)
Perfect for: Alumni strong in content + question reasoning who want structured, paid sessions.
You’ll do: 1:1 content review, practice-question breakdowns, test-taking reinforcement (within PT Hustle frameworks).
Impact you’ll make: Close knowledge gaps that block passing scores.
Time: Flexible—booked sessions only
Compensation: up to $60 per session
Prereqs: 3 months at Level 1, Tutor application, Tutor Training, Shadowing, QA approval
Level 3:
Junior Coach (Assistant Coach Path)
Perfect for: High-performing alumni who want to grow into leadership.
You’ll do: Shadow select sessions, co-lead study groups, assist with structured workshops and Q&A.
Impact you’ll make: Multiply PT Hustle reach while learning the craft.
Time: 2–4 hrs/week (cohorts)
Compensation: Starts volunteer; pathway to paid roles
Prereqs: 6 Months as Level 1 and/or level 2, Strong feedback track record as Mentor/Tutor; invitation or application + evaluation
Level 4:
Assistant Coach
Perfect for: Proven leaders ready to own parts of delivery at PT Hustle standards.
You’ll do: Lead small-group calls, facilitate drills, host focused workshops, support exam readiness within the curriculum.
Impact you’ll make: Drive cohort results while protecting the brand.
Time: Part-time & Full-time options (based on availability)
Compensation: Paid contractor role
Prereqs: 6 months as a level 3, Excellent QA scores, references, successful Junior Coach phase, Coaching Team unanimous approval
